Jake focuses his practice on real estate law, business representation, commercial transactions, and estate planning. As a third-generation attorney in Northeast Kansas, he continues the family tradition of legal excellence established in 1946.

Known for his personable nature and steady leadership, Jake provides practical guidance rooted in professionalism and integrity. He approaches every matter with responsiveness and a genuine commitment to those he serves. In addition to his private practice, Jake works closely with financial institutions and municipalities across the region to provide clear counsel that is tailored to each client’s unique goals.

Outside of the office, Jake is a husband and father of three who enjoys jazz and blue grass music, spending time in the mountains, and being with his family and friends. He remains deeply involved in his hometown of Wamego, KS, and surrounding communities and carries forward the legacy his family began eight decades ago.
