Grant P. Huerter

Grant focuses his practice on real estate law, estate planning, probate and trust administration, business formation, and 1031 exchanges. Rooted in transactional work and a genuine commitment to his clients, he provides thoughtful, practical legal counsel tailored to each individual's goals and circumstances.

Known for his personable approach and attention to detail, Grant works closely with clients to ensure every matter is handled with care and confidence. Whether helping a family navigate the estate planning process, guiding a client through a complex real estate transaction, or assisting a new business in getting off the ground, his focus remains on providing clarity and peace of mind at every step. In addition to his private practice, he serves as Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Wamego. Outside of the office, Grant is a husband to his wife, Emily, and enjoys hunting, fishing, running, and spending time outdoors with his family and their dog, Riggs.
